The room at this place was big and had a safe, cable TV, and a mini fridge.

Hotel was modern and stylish, appreciated our stay.

The stay was absolutely excellent! The hotel was a characterful base for enjoying a good area, right by the centro and Parque Lleras and Metro and a metro station. The staff was polite, kept everything fairly clean and perfect. The breakfasts were good with omelettes and pancakes, couldn’t ask for anything better. The service offered was excellent. The location was marvellous and decent, relatively near Parque el Poblado.

Fast check-in, late check-out.

During our stay at Hotel Loyds, we had an unfortunate incident where we were mugged. However, the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and supportive. They provided us with a laptop and allowed us to make international calls to cancel our cards. Juan Carlos, Yasmin, Alejandra, and Jorge went above and beyond to assist us during this difficult time.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the center of El Poblado, close to shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Additionally, the breakfast options were delicious and we enjoyed the convenience of free and good coffee throughout the day.

The hotel is conveniently located in a lively neighborhood, within walking distance to numerous good restaurants and activities. Additionally, it is not too far from a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff is helpful and goes out of their way to ensure guests are comfortable.

The hotel lacks proper isolation, causing excessive noise from other rooms and the lobby, which can be disruptive to guests trying to relax or sleep.

Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with the hotel staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were well-appointed, with very comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. Lastly, the location was fantastic, with plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants to explore. I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay at this hotel.
